FENEX Conditions

All our work processes are governed by the Dutch Forwarding Regulations (FENEX conditions) as well as the general terms and conditions of FENEX, the Dutch Organization for Forwarding and Logistics. According to these terms, the freight forwarder has only limited liability. Therefore we recommend that your company has arranged appropriate transport insurance for your goods. Of course we can arrange this for you upon request.
